AbstractThe article uses the Markov chain decision-making process to affect this two-way effect and the transferability of the user's power consumption state is described to form the power consumption characteristics of the users in the industrial park; the correlation between the user’s power consumption and the power supply of the power supplier is considered, and the mathematical model is established with the goal of maximizing social welfare.
