Abstract
The realization of electronic cash is an important issue in electronic commerce, but realization of non-track electronic cash is an important factor that make widely available of electronic commerce. Some characteristics of ideal non-track electronic cash are analyzed, the circulate mode and safe project are described in this paper. At the same time, the on-line non-track electronic cash project and the Brands system are described. It is a useful electronic cash system at present stage. It uses blind digital signature based on RSA.
