Abstract

The extraction of target features from the ultra-wideband (UWB) fuze echo signal and target recognition and distance determination are the key to controlling the precise detonation of the fuze. In this paper, a real-time signal processing method of UWB fuze based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network is proposed. The time domain and frequency domain features of echo signal are recognized through a small-scale LSTM network. Matlab is used to build the network model and simulation results show that the method can effectively avoid noise interference, correctly recognize the target signal, and avoid false alarm.
