Abstract
This paper presents a real-time implementation of self-adjustable analog and digital phase equalizers with reduced computational effort. The proposed approach is based on searching for the slope of a straight line and an error characterizing the undulation around that straight line. These parameters are stored in a table, making possible its operation in real time. The look-up table inputs correspond to a value set related to the phase delay of the filter to be equalized. Examples confirming the effectiveness of this approach are presented and discussed.
