Abstract

The dressed fermion bubble, calculated using the contact interaction with small interaction strength, is Fourier transformed to yield an equivalent real-space potential. This may be inserted into the Bethe-Salpeter equation to calculate the particle-hole diagrams in which ladder rungs are replaced by dressed bubbles.
