Abstract

The article defines the concept of real estate and determines its features and types, as well as the methodology for determining its value. In terms of valuation, the analysis in particular refers to the approaches, methods and techniques used in this process. Moreover, it contains rules that should be followed by property appraisers when carrying out an assessment. A summary of considerations and the resulting conclusions are included at the end of this article.
