Abstract
We read with great interest the meta-analysis by Malhotra et al.1 In this study, the authors demonstrated that dual antiplatelet pretreatment increased symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) and 3-month mortality in unadjusted analyses, whereas the results of these 2 endpoints were insignificant in adjusted analyses. However, some issues should be discussed.
