Abstract

This paper introduces the basic principle of magnetic-valve controllable reactor and the realization method of reactive power compensation system. At the same time, the low voltage at the end of 10kV line A is introduced. The operating conditions at a certain time are restored. And the problem of low voltage at the end of 10kV line A is analyzed. The ability of magnetic-valve controllable reactor reactive power compensation device to resist sudden reactive power deficiency is verified by adding magnetic-valve controllable reactor reactive power compensation device to line simulation. Finally, it is demonstrated that the reactive power compensation device based on magnetic-valve controllable reactor can improve the voltage to a certain extent when the short circuit fault occurs on the line.
