Abstract

The rules were investigated of the regioselective synthesis of N2-substituted derivatives of 2-amino-6-benzyl-5-methylpyrimidin-4(3H)-one from 6-benzyl-5-methyl-2-(methylsulfanyl) pyrimidin-4(3H)-one.
