Abstract
1. In the ease of circulation of mixtures of fluorine with oxygen through a silent electric discharge, a mixture of oxygen fluorides with an atomic ratio O∶F in the range of 1.1–2.04 is formed. 2. The dependence of the atomic ratio O∶F in the reaction, the temperature conditions, the initial ratio and pressure of the reagents, and the power of the discharge were investigated.
