Abstract
Stable yellow corrinoids can arise as by‐products in reactions of vitamin B12 involving a change in the oxidation state of the cobalt. The structure of the pigment from a vitamin B12 analog and ascorbic acid has now been elucidated by X‐ray structure analysis.
