Abstract
In this paper, reachable set estimation (RSE) and aperiodic sampled-data (SD) controller design for time-varying delay Markovian jump neural networks (MJNNs) is studied. Firstly, the two-sided loop-based Lyapunov functional (LBLF) is constructed, and sufficient conditions for all states to be bounded in ellipsoid are derived via using the free-weight matrix method, and ellipsoids of various sizes can be derived by controlling the SD intervals. Secondly, RSE is taken into account in the design of aperiodic SD controller, which seeks to enable the ellipsoid to include the reachable set of the system and render the system stable. Finally, the methodology of this paper is validated by practical cases.
