Abstract
Two syntypes of Clitellio abjornseni Michaelsen in the Museum für Naturkunde (MNHUB), Humboldt-Universitat Berlin are compared with the original description and other microscopic marine tubificids. The affinity of C. abjornseni to Coralliodrilus Erséus (subfamily Phallodrilinae) suggested earlier is corroborated to a certain extent, but the Berlin syntypes, none of which is sexually mature, may not be conspecific with the two clitellate (but now lost) specimens that were described by the original author.
