In studying the existing system (paper-based), direct and indirect techniques were used in obtaining data for the analysis of the system. The problems of the existing system were identified and Online Student Information Management System was considered a possible solution to the problem of the existing system. The new system provides quick and efficient storage and retrieval of information from the database. The software used to design the new system includes XAMPP server, JavaScript, PHP, Cascade Style Sheet, HTML, and MySQL. The new system was evaluated by twenty-five (25) users, using Information System Model parameters such as usefulness, perceived ease of use/user-friendliness, performance and security. The overall performance of the new system was satisfactory as it helps all users to efficiency and effectively performs their various tasks based on their level of access in the new system. The new system was deemed suitable for use and therefore, it was recommended for implementation.
