Abstract
For several years, the College has offered an advisory service to healthcare organisations to help them determine whether there is cause for concern about the practice of either an individual surgeon or a surgical team. This Invited Review service is delivered by means of close collaboration between the Royal College of Surgeons, the surgical specialty associations and the RCS patient liaison group.
