Abstract

The article attempts to analyze the legal provisions governing mine rescue in underground mines in Poland, with particular emphasis on professional and voluntary rescue services against the background of surface rescue. Models of solutions for the organization of mine rescue in an entrepreneur were presented. The organization of the mine rescue was described together with the development of its structure. The individual entities included in the mine rescue are summarized: mine rescue services, entrepreneurs and entities professionally involved in mine rescue. The existence of the Rescue Plan was signaled.
