Abstract

Proper supplier selection may result in a significant difference to the future of an organization in reducing operating costs and improving the quality of the final product. Being in an industry with close relation to suppliers, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) companies will always strive to select the supplier that suits best to company's conditions and needs. Therefore, a supplier ranking can assist the company in selecting the most suitable supplier according to the considered criteria. This research utilizes DEMATEL-Based ANP (DANP) and Simple Additive Weight (SAW) methods. The DANP method is used to generate weight, level of importance, and the relationship between criteria depicted in Influence Network Relation Map (INRM). The DANP method results that supplier reputation criterion is the most important criterion with a weight of 0,2848. The Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method generates a supplier rating based on criteria weight of DANP. The result of the SAW method is the supplier S1 is the best supplier with overall value of 0.9205.
