Abstract
Bosnian abstract: Raspodjela nadležnosti između države BiH i njenih entiteta je goruce politicko i pravno pitanje jos od stupanja na snagu Ustava BiH iz 1995. godine. U rad se teorijski i kroz ustavnosudsku praksu razmatra podjela nadležnosti, potom iskljucive nadležnosti države i entiteta, ustanovljene zajendicke nadležnosti te dodatne nadležnosti države. English abstract: The division of competencies between the state of BiH and its entities has been a burning political and legal issue since the entry into force of the 1995 BiH Constitution. The paper theoretically and by examining constitutional court case law, discusses the division of competencies, the exclusive competencies of the state and the entities, the established shared competencies and additional competencies of the state.
