Abstract
A 22-year-old unmarried woman presented with vague dull pain at the left iliac fossa for a few days. Her menstrual cycles were regular. On examination, no abnormality was detected. On transabdominal ultrasound, uterus was normal, a cyst of 4 cm was seen in the left ovary, suggestive of dermoid cyst, and a 3-cm simple cyst was seen in the right ovary. CT scan confirmed the ultrasound findings.
