Abstract
• Trichobezoars that pass through the intestinal lumen are classified as the Rapunzel syndrome. • Its symptoms are abdominal pain, náusea, vomits, and it can evolve to intestinal obstruction and peritonitis. • We report a case where a 6-year-old female patient presents a bezoar with exteriorization to the anal canal.
