Abstract

An apparatus has been developed to record rapidly and continuously fast changes of ferromagnetic parameters represented by the hysteresis loop, occurring e.g. under normal conditions in metal-hydrogen systems with the ferromagnetic component nickel. For ths application, the apparatus is capable of both continuous oscilloscopic tracing and automatic recording of the hysteresis loop by integrating analogue-to-digital conversion based on the Dual-Slope method with digital data readout at power frequencies of 50 Hz.
