s S77 Conclusions: Overall, ROSAE is considered to be a highly valuable or valuable experience (78%) for trainees. However, the growing number of requests has led to the adoption of institution-specific practices to provide coverage. Forty nine percent of programs do not provide ROSAE coverage for all FNA procedures, 82% of programs use a combination of pathology personnel to provide coverage that includes residents and cytotechnologists. Twenty four percent of programs use telepathology and 27% have future intentions for its use.
