Abstract

To establish an inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS) method to determinate the titanium(Ti) in human urine samples rapidly. By comparing different gas mode, ~(47)Ti was selected as the analysis element. Injecting NH_3 to the collision/reaction cell, swept by mass spectrum to determine the optimal mass spectrum conditions with the mass number of Q1=47, Q2=149(Ti ammonia hexamer). The mass spectrometry conditions of internal standard elements, integration time, reaction gas flow rate and data processing method and so on were optimized. Ti had a good linear between 0.1-5.00 μg/L under the optimal analytical conditions. The detection limit was 0.1 μg/L. The RSDs of intra-day and inter-day were less than 10%, and the average recoveries were 93.7%-112.2%. The result of Seronorm Trace Elements Urine L-2 met the acceptable range. The method is rapid, simple, accuracy, and suitable for the rapid analysis of titanium in human urine.
