Abstract
目的 建立一种准确快速测定的血和尿中砷的原子荧光光谱方法.方法 使用微波消解仪对样品进行快速消解,消解后不赶酸,用20%氢氧化钠溶液中和剩余消解液,再采用氢化物还原-原子荧光光谱法测定血和尿中砷的含量.结果 砷含量在0~40.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998.检出限为0.013 μg/L,血样、尿样相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.27%~1.18%和1.46%~0.98%,回收率分别为98.43%~100.19%和97.97% ~ 100.44%.结论 样品经微波消解后,使用20%氢氧化钠溶液中和剩余消解液,可直接加入预还原剂,用氢化物还原-原子荧光法定量测定血和尿中砷的含量,可明显缩短样品预处理时间,操作简单,速度快,消耗化学试剂少,污染小,精密度和准确度完全满足血、尿样品检测要求。
