Abstract
Resources are a potential value that plays an important role in a dairy cattle agribusiness, including human resources, natural resources, environmental, social, economic, and so on. However, the accessibility of these resources can change with changing conditions and the development of the era, so that it has an impact on the development of the dairy business. This study aims to determine the sustainability of dairy cattle agribusiness, especially in Jember Regency, East Java based on the accessibility of resources as outlined in several dimensions such as human resources, natural resources, environmental, social, economic, and technology. The analytical method used is the rapid appraisal-rap-dairy farm agribusiness method approach. The results of the multidimensional analysis show that the sustainability status of the dairy cattle agribusiness in Jember Regency is in a fairly sustainable status with a sustainability status index value of 74.03.
