Abstract

Abstract Aiming at problems of low modeling accuracy, large amount of modeling data, high operating cost and high labor intensity in three-dimensional modeling of overhead transmission channel, a rapid three-dimensional modeling method is proposed for overhead transmission channel as well as tower itself based on LiDAR data. On the basis of summarizing the existing transmission channel modeling methods, the key elements of the transmission channel modeling are analyzed in detail. Based on the classified point cloud data, the key elements are automatically reconstructed, and 3Ds Max software is used for local manual adjustment to realize rapid three-dimensional reconstruction of transmission channel. The experimental results show that this method can effectively realize the three-dimensional reconstruction of the transmission channel, greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of modeling, and provide a useful reference for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the transmission channel.KeywordsLiDAR dataOverhead transmission channel3D modeling
