Abstract

RAPD-analysis of different geographical insect samplings from the natural population of H. axyridis from Krasnodar krai has been conducted. By molecular-genetic analysis of H. axyridis, a high level of DNA-polymorphism, genetic diversity, genetic similarity, and absence of considerable differences have been revealed between samplings on these parameters. It is noted that the greater part of genetic variability is composed by intrapopulation variability (80.7%), while interpopulation variability is only 19.3% of the total variability. A significant level of gene flow between insect subpopulations of Harmonia (Nm = 2.092) and a high level of genetic similarity between them within the species were revealed. It was concluded that the analyzed samplings of insects represent subpopulations from one population of Harmonia of far-eastern origin, in divergence of the species in the Russian south.
