Ranostredoveké kláštory na Slovensku: torzálna architektúra – torzálne poznatky – torzálne hypotézy

Abstract

This paper sums up information about Benedictine, Cistercian and Premonstratensian monas­ teries in Slovak territory before the mid-13th century. The research did not involve the complicated and in many respects unclear issues of knight orders and the first mendicant orders. The article focuses on the origin and building history of the individual monasteries.
