Abstract

Objective : The aim of this study is to rank the motivational factors of teachers that work as private sector employees in schools district 1 in Urmia. This research was done in 2011. Method : The study population included 30 people and the data was analyzed through SAW method . Reliability coefficient of 0.977 was estimated by using Cronbach's alpha and for this it was used SPSS software. Results : highest credit rating among social interactions factors relate to credibility and reputation and lowest one was protection of social status. The highest and lowest scores among the organizational culture related to teachers' good activity and students' interest. Interest to working outside the home has the highest score among skill factors and mastery of the subject has the minimum score. The degree of competition among teachers with different fields of university education allocated higher score than teachers with same field of education.
