Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing procedure on the vascular access protection in hemodialysis patients . Methods A total of 200 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group by using randomized controlled methods with 100 cases in each group .The control group was adopted routine nursing , the observation group was used nursing program and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the health knowledge in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group , positive coping score was significantly higher than that in the control group , negative coping score was significantly lower than that in the control group , complications were less than those in the control group , nursing satisfac-tion was higher than that in the control group , with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .Life quality in health , physical function , body pain scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Nursing procedure plays a prospective nursing role , is conducive to improve the vascular access protection healthy knowledge of hemodialy -sis patients , to reduce the complications and improve the life quality .
