Abstract

Low dose aspirin (LDA) initiated post-conception is commonly prescribed to prevent pregnancy loss despite its unproven efficacy. As preconception LDA may affect endometrial vascularization and placentation, post-conception LDA initiation may miss the critical window for intervention. Our objective was to evaluate the effect of LDA on pregnancy loss among women with 1-2 prior losses.
