Abstract
Use of the system is currently the most important thing in a company. Any company or institution in both the small and large scale certainly needs a system that can be used to manage large amounts of data. As in the current data management processes and administration of the company PT. Gapura Nirwana Agung Consultant still has not done well and controlled. The data is stored on a storage medium (folder) are different, because it could have a folder that contains important data are deleted or missing due to various things. To overcome this, it is necessary to design a data management system that can help companies in the management of administrative data and in accordance with the times. The aim in this thesis is to produce a system of administration of enterprise data management applications using php and mysql. Penggunaan sistem pada saat ini merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam suatu perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan atau instansi baik dalam skala kecil maupun besar dapat dipastikan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data dalam jumlah yang besar. Gapura Nirwana Agung Consultant juga memiliki data administrasi perusahaan seperti data karyawan, data proyek pekerjaan, dan data transaksi gaji. Data-data ini merupakan data penting perusahaan yang sangat dibutuhkan sehingga harus dikelola secara baik dan terorganisir. Gapura Nirwana Agung Consultant kedepannya agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan yang sama. Selain itu faktor keamanan data juga menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan perusahaan, karena bisa saja folder yang berisi data penting tersebut terhapus atau hilang akibat berbagai hal. Untuk mengatasi berbagai hal tersebut, perlu merancang suatu sistem pengelolaan data yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengelolaan data administrasi serta sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.
