Abstract

E-learning as a learning model that can be used by anyone, anywhere and anytime have a significant role in the expansion of learning opportunities. With the e-learning is expected to enhance the availability of access to learning fast, accurate, real time and can share digital learning assets. Digital assets in e-learning generally presented using static or dynamic website and are only intended for e-learning service provider an institution that can not for the life of digital assets. Content sharing in e-learning has been defined in the standard Sharable Content Object Reference Model by Advanced Distributed Learning. In the design of digital assets SCORM e-learning standard web-based learning will result in software engineering assets that can be operated on the learning management system software or interoperability, can be accessed through the e-learning portal, and can be used or reusability.
