Abstract
In every problem confronting our agriculture, science plays an unquestionably large role. Soviet scholars have conducted research in many major directions and have engaged in a number of development projects, the application of which will permit a considerable increase in the level of agricultural production, a reduction in labor inputs and production costs, and a rise in labor productivity.
