Abstract

Hydrogeologists know the water cycle well and know that rain and snow are the primary sources of groundwater. We also know that we share the years of popularity with landslide researchers: the rainy years are for the landslide researchers and the dry ones for the hydrogeologists. And how was this 2022 in Italy? It’s been a strange year, as often happens recently.
