Abstract
The author presents us the life and works of Chilean lawyer Rafael Fernandez Concha, who was both a philosopher and a theologist from the nineteenth century, and a man of outstanding erudition and speculative talent. His contribution to the law, as enclosed in his four most important books, is well-known in Church Law, Law Education, Natural Law and Thomist Philosophy of Law.
