Abstract

This study was designed to evaluate the organizational commitment and job satisfaction in relation to organizational silence and perceived leadership behavior among radiology technicians. A total of 269 radiology technicians were included in this study. Participants completed the questionnaire form on study instruments including Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), Instrumental Leadership Scale (ILS), and Organizational Silence Scale (OSS) to assess job satisfaction, organizational commitment, instrumental leadership and organizational silence, respectively.
