Abstract
Radon activities recorded in some dwellings in the Hamirpur district, Himachal Pradesh, India are reported. The levels or radon activities are round to be relatively high. Preliminary results show about 5-8 times higher activities when compared with action levels recommended by various radiation protection agencies
