Abstract

Brownian dynamics simulations are made for continuum, excluded volume, uniform H-comb polymers in two and three dimensions. It is found that the radius of gyration power law exponent is 1.50±0.01 and 1.22±0.01 in two and three dimensions, respectively. The g ratio of continuum H-combs is in excellent agreement with lattice Monte Carlo, experimental data, and renormalization group predictions in three dimensions; in two dimensions the leading order renormalization group predictions are unreliable.
