Abstract

Background: Angiosarcoma(AS) is a rare vascular malignancy that originates from the vascular endothelial cells.It can arise anywhere in the body,most commonly in skin of the scalp and neck followed by breast,liver,spleen,and heart.Based on etiology,breast Angiosarcoma(BAS) can be classified into:primary(de novo) and secondary after radiotherapy.Due to its rarity,treatment of BAS is based on the experience gained from other soft tissue sarcomas management.In this paper we report a case of secondary BAS.
