Abstract

Adjuvant radiation therapy (RT) for resectable pancreatic cancer remains controversial. Sub-populations of radiosensitive pancreatic tumors might exist given genetic heterogeneity. We compared pancreatic cancer radiosensitivity with other common cancers using a previously validated molecular signature of tumor radiosensitivity (RSI) and evaluated whether RSI could predict survival outcomes.
