Abstract

Radiologic evaluation of midline facial and skull base lesions has evolved significantly since the advent of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). A large number of pathological entities in the face and skull base now may be detected and differentiated by CT and MRI. This article provides a radiologic overview of many of the entities that may be encountered.
