Abstract

<h3>To the Editor:—</h3> With regard to the announcement concerning the American Society of Diagnostic Radiology, there are a number of American, Canadian, regional, and international radiological societies with annual meetings which can be attended by any physician. There are radiological diagnostic sessions sponsored by the American Cancer Society held annually in California. There are radiological sections of both the California Medical Association and the American Medical Association as well as many of the other state societies holding annual meetings. There are x-ray study clubs in every large city throughout the country with monthly meetings. Every medical school has weekly x-ray conferences which may be attended by visiting physicians and many have yearly courses of 1 to 2 weeks in diagnostic radiology.
