The specific diagnosis of a specific congenital infection depends on the results of special laboratory tests and roentgenographic findings. Roentgen changes in different organ systems in infants with cytomegalic inclusion disease, rubella, herpes simplex virus, toxoplasmosis, congenital syphilis, and group B streptococcal infection are illustrated.
