Abstract

When cor triatrium causes symptoms in infants, roentgen examination of the chest reveals enlargement of the left atrium and right ventricle and pulmonary venous stasis. Further diagnostic investigation is necessary. By injection of contrast medium into the right ventricle or pulmonary artery, the diaphragm dividing the left atrium can be demonstrated directly.
