Abstract

One patient with trigeminal neuralgia combined with sphenopalatine neuralgia treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation therapy under the guidance of CT was reported. The literature reviewed this seldom case. It showed that the pain of trigeminal and sphenopalatine neuralgia can be relieved together by radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the trigeminal ganglion.
