Abstract
A periodic‐nonstationary radiometeorological model of the refractivity of the atmospheric boundary layer based on the concept of turbulent diffusion of physical properties under clear‐sky conditions is developed. The model is applied to predicting the refraction of radio waves in the boundary layer.
