Abstract
AbstractThis work proposes the deployment of frequency selective surfaces (FSS) in indoor wireless environments and investigates their effect on radio wave propagation. FSS could be used to isolate coverage in indoor areas by increasing the transmission loss through the interfaces. At the same time they can channel the signals into other areas of interest. Simulations have been carried out at two frequencies in order to verify the frequency selectivity of FSS. Copyright © 2006 AEIT
