Abstract

Abstract In recent years, microreaction technology based on tiny microchannels and continuous flow systems has attracted increased interest because of its high potential as a reaction apparatus ideal for chemical reactions. This article presents an overview of the recent advances in radical reactions, involving thermally induced and photoinduced radical reactions, using microreaction technology, with an emphasis on the ways chemical devices can contribute to better results in ordinary synthetic radical reactions.
