Abstract
Radiative lifetimes and relative intensities of a number of the NO+ A1Π-X1Σ+ emission bands have been measured using the High Frequency Deflection technique. The experimentally determined transition moment and the oscillator strengths are in good agreement with the recent ab initio calculations, but deviate substantially from earlier experimental results.
